ScoutCards.io is an AI-powered soccer card scouting tool that searches eBay for potentially undervalued soccer trading cards. The platform provides data analysis, comparable sales data, and scoring recommendations to help users make informed decisions.

3. What ScoutCards Is NOT

• NOT financial advice or investment advice
• NOT a guarantee of card values or future appreciation
• NOT an endorsement to buy any specific card
• NOT affiliated with eBay, PSA, Panini, Topps, or any card manufacturer
• NOT a marketplace — we do not sell cards

4. Disclaimer of Liability

All purchase decisions made based on recommendations, scores, or data provided by ScoutCards.io are made at the sole discretion of the user. We are not responsible for any financial losses, incorrect valuations, or unfavorable purchases. Card values fluctuate and past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly at $5/month or as a one-time lifetime fee of $45. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months or lifetime purchases.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use the platform to scrape, redistribute, or resell data. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the scoring algorithms. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

8. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data from eBay, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Listings may have sold, been removed, or changed since the last scan.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
